Refund policy
We want HireNest to be worth the $19. If it isn't for you, we'll consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
- Email support@hirenest.blog from the address you used at purchase.
- Include your payment reference (it's on your receipt).
- Tell us why you're asking — not because we'll interrogate you, but because we're a small team and your feedback genuinely helps us improve.
What we typically do
- Within 7 days of purchase, used <= 10 questions beyond the free tier: usually refund without issue.
- Within 7 days of purchase, heavy usage: we'll talk first. Sometimes there's a specific gripe we can fix.
- After 7 days: at our discretion. Mostly no.
- Technical issues that prevented use (downtime, model failures, etc.): always refunded or extended for free.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed via Paystack back to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.
